I am a banking futurist and foresight advisor, focused on helping leadership teams anticipate disruption before it impacts performance, capital, and long-term relevance. My work sits at the intersection of foresight, strategy, and governance, translating structural forces like AI, climate risk, regulation, and systemic change into clarity for executive decision-making.
Since 2012, I have advised more than 90 banks across global markets, including retail banks, regional champions, and systemically important institutions. I have consulted with and spoken at many of the world’s most admired banks, including Citi, Standard Chartered, ANZ, ABN-AMRO, Deutsche Bank, American Express and UBS, to name a few.
I founded Bancly to serve a simple but urgent need: helping banking leaders move beyond reactive strategy and build foresight as a core leadership and governance discipline.

I work selectively with leadership teams through board-level advisory, executive foresight programs, and strategic engagements designed for CEOs and ExCos. These engagements help leaders:
