I work with bank CEOs, executive committees and boards on the forces reshaping the economics and future of banking.

I am a banking futurist and strategic advisor focused on structural change, banking economics, AI, governance and executive decision-making. My work helps senior leaders understand what is changing, how it may affect the institution, and what deserves attention before the consequences become visible in performance.

Since 2012, I have worked with more than 120 banking institutions across global markets, including retail and commercial banks, central banks, regulators and systemically important institutions. My work has also brought me into conversations with organisations including Citi, Standard Chartered, ANZ, ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, American Express and UBS.

How I Work

I work selectively with senior banking leadership through private executive sessions, board briefings, advisory engagements and strategic interventions.

The work is independent, senior-led and institution-specific. I do not sell technology, software or implementation services.
